Takes off quantities from the drawings

Upload the drawing set, or email it to your takeoffs address. Ten minutes later you have a spreadsheet: pipe lengths, trench excavation, bed and surround, backfill, chambers and fittings, with trench lengths by depth band.

Every quantity is a formula you can trace back to the drawing. Anything the drawings don't settle — an undimensioned trench width, levels that disagree, a detail that wasn't sent — is listed as a query to raise before you price. Pipelines and drainage with long sections are measured in full; other drawings get a first pass, clearly marked.
